I specialize in thoughtfully styling spaces so they feel warm, inviting, and aspirational, allowing potential buyers to instantly envision themselves living there. By carefully selecting and placing décor, art, textiles, and finishing touches, I transform everyday rooms into beautifully balanced spaces that photograph well and make a memorable first impression.

I love partnering with realtors, property managers and homeowners preparing to sell/rent, because I understand how powerful the right presentation can be in today’s market. My approach focuses on highlighting a home’s best features while creating a neutral, elevated look that appeals to the widest range of buyers. From refining furniture placement to layering in elegant accessories, we ensure every space feels intentional, cohesive, and move-in ready; helping listings attract more interest and stand out from the competition.

Every styling/staging project I take on is handled with exceptional care and attention to detail. I walk through the home with a trained eye, noticing the small adjustments that can make a significant impact. From lighting and scale to color balance and visual flow. The result is a polished, professionally styled home that feels calm, spacious, and desirable, giving property managers, sellers and their realtors the confidence that the property is being presented at its absolute best.

Styling/staging rates are $100/hour, with a 3 hour minimum per session.
Travel rates apply for certain geographies.
